some points of Revelation
July 20, 2009 · Leave a Comment
When we read the book of Revelation, we should focus on three things in order to get what Revelation is talking about and understand what it does not tell us.

The main focus of Revelation is about how Jesus is glorious in terms of his power, his position and his role in three parts
First, it is about who Jesus is meaning Jesus is the firstborn from the dead. Revelation tells us we should have the hope of resurrection and we should live with this hope and faith in this generation.
Second, it is abot Jesus is the faithful witness. Jesus showed the example to the Church through his death. Therefore, the church has to follow Jesus’ footsteps as of importance.
Third, it says Jesus is the head of all kings of the world. Jesus holds the most power over the kings of the world and has authority over all authorites on earth. At last, Jesus will overcome the world and be victorious for the church and for those who in faith. This is our hope and encouragement in enduring all hardships of life and all persecution from the enemy we can continue living as a Christian.

God inside of me
July 13, 2009 · Leave a Comment
The most important thing in life of faith is having the very ears and eyes to hear the voice talking from inside of me which is the whisper of the Holy Spirit God has breathed into me. By noticing the voice of God’s speaking to me in the presence and the help of the Holy Spirit, I will be able to find the true God who is dwelling in me. By this way, I can find God in me so that I may live and walk with God daily.

what am I doing?
July 13, 2009 · Leave a Comment

I have been studying the word of God in UBF since 1987. In fact, it is now more than 20 years I am studying Bible. In UBF each year a book of Bible almost has been repeated so that, for example, Genesis and John have been studied several times. As a result, I also and other members may think we know very well about the word of God and many things regarding spirtiual matters.
In reality, I am walking in the midst of unclearness of knowing the word of God. There are many questions I could not get the right answers or views on Bible which seem no way to get it in UBF.
So I am trying to do my own in studying Bible denying the teachings of UBF in order to know the word of God better .

Goal…?
July 8, 2009 · Leave a Comment
Whatever started have to come to an end. After 20 years, I am wandering what I want to do or what I am here for, although I am absolutely sure for the love of God to me. Recently I am talking with Ruth much about our life journey as we have been chosen and sent by the will of God.

What I am serious about is that what would be the ultimate goals for those who from the campus will accept the Gospel that how they might live their life as the people of God with the Jesus’ teaching in this society. This came to me because I began realizing that UBF is missing something in serving campus mission.

Heavy Rain from the sky
June 29, 2009 · Leave a Comment
Yesterday afternoon, there was heavy rain. I went to the balcony looking up to the sky and down to earth. It was the sudden afternoon shower. However, it was good to see sun blazing behind the rain. I took this photo showing glowing sunshine far away.
I thought momently, all flowers, trees and plants on earth will be happy to receive the water from the sky since there were many dry days.

sleepless night
June 5, 2009 · Leave a Comment
It’s been difficult having a sleep thesedays. I don’t know why. However, it’s difficult to fall a sleep. My mind is busy when I lie down on bed so that I had to get up and stay up late. I assume because I have been thinking of many things related to the family life, myself, and mostly the future.
I already turned into 40 years of age. In deed, my life and my family are still struggling to get settled down here. I still have to go 3 years more study to complete and to have a secure job. Also, my spiritual life recently has been down so badly that I almost have not been able to enjoy the life in the Christian community. I, somehow, have a clue what to do in solving this difficulty with the life of faith. However, it’s hard and I do not want to make an effort, though. This is my current status.

I am sure MY FATHER is sincere and gracious so that HE is watching over me and my wife, Ruth, in his care and love. HE will make things right in HIS right time. I know that.
